Escapadita is a trip discovery app that helps users find day trips and excursions near their location. The app provides trip suggestions, itineraries, and points of interest.

2. Free and Premium Access

Escapadita offers a free tier and a premium subscription that unlocks extra features. Details of available plans and pricing are shown within the app.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. Content and Accuracy

Trip suggestions, points of interest, travel times, and other information are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listed location or service.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Escapadita is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to travel decisions made based on app content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
